Communication Manager, Department of Energy and Public Works
In 2021 I worked with Natalie on a seven-month project to build a safe, positive and respectful work environment among 1500 staff. The online learning modules that Natalie created were key to the success of this award-winning project which engaged staff on topics including unconscious bias and bullying and harassment. Natalie goes above and beyond and I hope I get the chance to work with her again someday.
