Featured Project 1:
NSW Department of Education (DoE)
The purpose of this project was to streamline mandatory training to reduce the administrative burden felt by staff in schools, but applied to all DoE staff including corporate, executives, and a wide range of non-teaching staff (over 140,000 end-users).
The project received overwhelmingly positive feedback from hundreds of users across the organisation.

Featured Project 2a:
Virgin Australia — Ground Operations
The purpose of this project was to build online learning resources to support the implementation of a custom-built Power App for crew leaders to quickly and easily enter feedback and performance updates.
This program was delivered while also working on other programs including Human Factors (Non-Technical Skills), Facilitation skills, and teaching team members how to use Storyline.

Featured Project 2b:
Virgin Australia — Ground Operations
The purpose of this project was to build leadership skills for front-line leaders across the network. The key question: "You are at the beginning of your career as a leader, but 20 years from now, what do you want people to remember about you as a leader?"
This project was recognised across Ground Operations and chosen by the General Manager from 14 nominated projects Australia-wide.

QBuild, Dept Energy & Public Works
This design project had to communicate to executive leaders, office staff and Tradespersons — all in one eLearning piece — with the aim of getting Tradespersons talking about culture. Challenging? YES! But this project got across the line and won the Minister's Excellence Award.
I worked closely with Communications and Legal teams to produce an easy-to-use module in Articulate Rise (with Storyline elements) including downloadable tools and resources to support Managers in having conversations with individual team members, and as a talking point at monthly Toolbox talks.
Featured Project 4:
QBuild Regional and Delivery Team
QBuild worked with Noggin (Developer) to deliver a customised version of the OCA App — used to record site assessments, particularly useful when no internet is available in a disaster event.
I developed an eLearning series allowing learners to access different modules based on whether they use OCA on mobile or PC, incorporating variations for iPhone versus Android users. Storyline was used to create interactions that look and act exactly like the app — learn by doing, complete at your own pace.
